Behind Hotel Royal Xi'an - april 2005

the restaurant
Face the Hotel Royal Xi'an and take the small street left of it. Walk on and you find this nice place on your left side.

Salad
This is a cold salad with onions, and several different mushrooms. It is a little sour because of the vinegar used.

Vegetables
This was not very hot, nor cold. Tafu with some small vegetable.

Pork Kidneys
It took me about 20 minutes to explain to the lady from the restaurant that I needed the name of the dish written down. Later some german speaking chinese could translate it to pork kidneys. A little spicy only.
