	eggplant a la Corsica I found no connections to any french island, but the taste was very good.

	steamed broccoli with cream cheese steamed?? we think just cooked. The cheese is always a treasure to find (and eat).

	fried apple momo delicious!!!
	brownie so small, but for many it will be a huge task to finish it, and that is despite the good taste!
