From the very moment I ate my first chinese meal in Beijing in 2000 I was impressed by the
fabulous chinese food. Now, after eaten hundreds of different dishes, I deceided to share
some of my experiences with the world.
This website will start very simple, but I hope it will grow in time to a wonderfull place
to enjoy chinese food. I have to work on the site itself, its content and my quality as a
photographer. (And perhaps on my english too...!)
Most of the first reactions are enthousiastic. People get hungry looking around here! Some
critisism is also heard. People are not inspired by the layout. That can be true, and it
is a project I will work on.
Another important aspect that I receive a lot of questions about is the matter of the
black rectangles over the faces of the people on the site. It is to protect those peoples
privacy, and this is a site about food, not people!
